Wheel Deliver is a restaurant delivery service. They will deliver to CMU and other parts of the East end of the city. They have printed menus (which can often be found in the restaurants from which they deliver) and they have menus online.

You call their number and give your order. You must order at least $10 from each restaurant you order from. They charge you a 15% delivery charge.
