[edit] Making a new page
Easiest way to make a new page is to just put the URL of the new page in the URL bar, or link it from another page.
example: you want to make a page for a new restaurant called Orange Muffin House.
go to another restaurant page, such as the Rose Tea Cafe page:http://www.stuffnearcmu.org/index.php/Rose_Tea_Cafelop off the end of the URL, and replace it with Orange_Muffin_House:
http://www.stuffnearcmu.org/index.php/Orange_Muffin_House
voila, a new page that you can edit to your heart's content.
[edit] Categorizing
All you need to do to put things in a category is list them in the page. So for Orange Muffin House, which is in Greenfield, you would list
If you need a new category - because there isn't one for muffin houses, say, you can put
in and that will make the category for you when you save the page. Then, from the Orange Muffin House page, you can click on the muffin house category page to tell the wiki where to include it - so, put
in the body of the muffin house page so that the Food page and Restaurants page will list it.
[edit] Templates & Info Sidebars
but now! oh woe! you do not know how to put in that nifty location/hours/info sidebar! Never fear. Here are the templates you are wanting:
for restaurants:

for bars:
