Bloomfield is north of Oakland. Best known for the shops and restaurants along Liberty Avenue, which starts near where Atwood ends at Baum Blvd.

Bloomfield is one of the places in the city that claims to be Pittsburgh's "Little Italy" and does host at least four Italian restaurants and at least two Italian groceries.
